Testimony of Mihai MATEI

On September 21, 2020, walking down the street, I realized that I was in a very good situation in my life, BUT I also realized that I had NEVER thanked the LORD our GOD at any such moment. Until then, I had chosen to talk to Him, and complain to Him, only when I had problems in life: health issues, various quarrels or difficult situations, lack, etc. (sounds familiar to you, doesn't it!?) Realizing what a big mistake I had made before Him, I looked up to the sky, and thanked Him with all my heart, and with all my faith, for everything I have and for everything He has offered me up to that moment (I did it both in my mind and by speaking to Him!). I strongly believe that at that moment I was helped by the Holy Spirit, because in addition to giving thanks, I was guided to ask forgiveness for all the sins I had committed before Him until then, to forgive all those who had wronged me in the past, and to earnestly ask that from then on, the WILL of the LORD be done through me and in me. I also promised that from that moment on, I would do EVERYTHING with Him in my mind and soul. And yes! I do! with joy! pleasure! love! and trust! I did all this and got home. I felt somehow liberated, but I can't say that I experienced anything out of the ordinary. At least not for the next 8-10 hours. Starting the next morning (overnight, literally), thank God! I received a bunch of gifts, which I still don't think I deserved: Miracles/Inner transformations: 1. My fear of death has completely disappeared. Even though I used to be petrified by the thought of death, now it has been replaced by the fear of being unpleasant to the Lord, or of disappointing Him. 2. All material needs have completely disappeared: I am no longer interested in money, houses, cars, clothes, etc. I simply trust completely in the Lord and in what He offers us, because it is enough for me and my family. The Lord knows what we all need; we just have to trust Him and give Him glory every day for everything we have at that moment. 3. Negative thoughts have completely disappeared, being a convinced negativist. 4. Since then, regardless of the situation, I carry the PEACE of God in my heart! A sweet peace that is difficult to describe in words. I would be very happy if you tasted it too, because the Lord has plenty for all of us who decide to turn to Him. 5. In the first few days, I experienced vibrations and intense heat at the top of my head and back. The Spirit literally shook me for a few days. I was shivering even though it was warm in the room! 6. An inexplicable need to read the Word of God, the Bible! YES! We all have it at hand, but very few of us read it! 7. An inexplicable need and guidance to pray to God continuously! 8. Complete disappearance of nightmares and dreams! I can count on my fingers the dreams I had in the first 6 months. After 6 months, with my decision to repent, the dreams, but especially nightmares (for which I can hardly find explanations) reappeared (the devil does his job incessantly) 9. Since September 2020, I have gone through, and am still going through, a real purgatory: negative thoughts of distance from JESUS, but also full of encouragement; sinful deeds, but also renouncing them. I am immensely happy about the help I received from the Holy Spirit to follow the path of repentance, a path that is much harder than we can imagine. The good news is that we do not have to follow it alone, but we can leave ourselves to the will and help of the Lord, for he can help us ceaselessly, but the price is obedience. Lord, help us, sinners, to repent and to succeed in walking the long and narrow path to Your eternal Kingdom. External (physical) miracles - in the first 2 weeks: 1. On the first day, on the same route above, I met a deer, something that had never happened to me in my life. We looked at each other for about 30 seconds, and from the moment I saw it, I thought it was a sign from God. 2. The next day, being desperate, I asked the Lord for another sign. This is the most miraculous thing that has ever happened to me in my life. Before I finished walking, I noticed a PERFECTLY WHITE CROSS in the sky. Being amazed that I had received another sign, and looking at the cross, at that very moment, a gentleman passed by me who CALLED MY NAME in German (being out of the country): Mikael. I turned to him in amazement, asking him to speak to me in English, because I do not speak German yet. But, looking into my eyes, he said something to me in German, turned around, and left. 3. One day, while working on the computer, I felt like I had to look up and look out the window. At that exact moment, a train was passing in front of me. On the carriage that was about to disappear from my sight, JESUS ​​was written in large letters. I have never seen that carriage since. 4. Another day, before starting the car, I said to myself: I LOVE YOU, MY LORD JESUS ​​CHRIST. I started the car, and the first thing I heard on the radio was: I LOVE YOU TOO! 5. Another day, while I was outside, I saw not one, but two rainbows that were intertwined. I had never seen this in my life, but I later read in the Bible:

Genesis 9:13

I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth.


In the last few months, I have seen miracles around me at every step, and the steps with our beloved Lord, Jesus Christ, are wonderful, extraordinary, full of teachings, love, peace, and trust! Mercy, peace, and grace from the Lord Jesus Christ, our Savior, to all of us sinners! Please read the New Testament! Walk with faith, peace, love, and trust in God the Father, the Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit, and love others as much (or maybe even more) as yourself! We all need to wake up to reality and fight with ourselves and our thoughts, because that is where the great battle is. We need to say a big NO to judging others (it is better to judge ourselves), lying, laziness, evil thoughts towards others, stealing, murder, mockery, fornication, lusts (it is better to lust for the great love of the Father, than for other earthly things) and other transgressions that are displeasing to our Father. Our sinful nature makes it impossible for us to overcome all temptations, but we must fight them as much as possible: to overcome them with the help of the Lord or at least to become aware of them; let us rejoice that we have overcome them or ask His forgiveness for falling into them. Please remember that God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are alive and dwell among us and in us. Believe and invite Him to speak. Invite Him to forgive you and guide you to His eternal Kingdom. It doesn’t cost you much if you do it, but it costs you immeasurably if you don’t, for the time is short and the reward is great, no matter which path you choose.


MATTHEW 7:7-8

Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.

Prayer - the key to another world

Since I discovered prayer, I can say that I have found myself again, but not in any way, but much stronger. Prayer is the key to God's world, a world full of love, freedom, patience, mercy, forgiveness, hope, faith, and other wonderful qualities. A world in which I certainly want to live, as well as all those close to me (including those who are asleep), and not only (but since I am not the one who decides on behalf of others, all I can do is pray for them). This world of prayer is not an imaginary one, but one as concrete as possible. A world in which God, the Mother of God, and the saints listen to our prayers and, if they are useful to us, at the right time, they are also fulfilled. Prayers to the Mother of God and to the saints are intercessory prayers, in which we ask them to intercede for us before the Lord Jesus Christ, so that He, in His omniscience, may decide whether or not to fulfill the prayers addressed to Him by us. Perseverance in the face of illness and in life

Having experienced illness (in my case depression ) I can say that perseverance played an important role in getting me back to a somewhat normal level of living. Of course, in the face of illness we are all helpless. But also, God does not give us more than we can handle, and with His help, we can overcome everything. All we have to do is move forward, with our head first, having the hope that God is holding our hand and that He will break down any door that seems unopenable. By these doors, I mean the different stages of an illness, whatever it may be, or of some experiences or feelings in our lives. In my case, there were several doors that I felt I could no longer open, but I persevered, prayed, and tried endlessly, until the doors collapsed before me. Especially in the case of depression, the symptoms can be so strong that the sufferer can even commit suicide.
